Scout & Cellar is funky little winery and wine club that does wine differently: We feature monthly curated vintages hand-selected by our Founder and Level 3 Sommelier, Sarah Shadonicks. We bring those vintages straight to your living room. And—most importantly—we only deal in wines that are clean-crafted, free of additives, and naturally delicious. We've been in business less than two years with record-breaking sales—supporting small vineyards and farmers who are helping make a difference to our planet and the way wine is made.
Sarah is an attorney-turned-sommelier who has dedicated her life to taking the headaches out of great wine. We’re familiar with the more-consistent-than-clockwork morning-after migraine that accompanies a night of wine consumption. It’s arguably the most prevalent drawback to drinking wine at all. Sarah is all-too familiar with this feeling. So she began doing some research of her own. She spoke with renowned naturopathic physicians, and she consulted with vintners. Eventually, she discovered the source of these headaches: the up-to 300 chemical additives imbued in almost all mass-produced wine. So she began scouting wines that were created without these additives.
Voila: Sarah’s headaches disappeared.
She started Scout & Cellar to share her discoveries and to spread the word about clean-crafted wine. Because not only are they better for you—they’ll change the way you experience wine for good.
Shockingly, the wine we pick up at the grocery store is loaded with up-to 300 chemical additives, as much as 350ppm of sulfites, up to 16g of added sugar, and so much more junk our bodies don’t need or deserve. At Scout & Cellar, we believe in a lot of things, but above all else, we believe in keeping things simple. This, at its core, is the definition of clean-crafted wine.
Really pure farming, really clean winemaking, no additives or junk — Clean-Crafted from the Vine to the Glass. A difference you can feel good about.
As an Independent Consultant for Scout & Cellar is my mission to share clean-crafted wines with the world! I host wine parties. I explain the collections. I manage a team of other Independent Consultants who do the same things. And I enjoy clean-crafted wine while doing so. We host an Annual Summit for Directors in Sonoma, CA each year, and have our first Sales Conference in Houston, TX January 2020. If you are passionate about wine and seeking a new opportunity reach out and ask me about my experience, I’m happy to share!
